Privacy Policy

• Your account: your name, e-mail address and password (stored only as a secure hash), and, for an organization account, the organization's name and its members.
• Your drawings: the projects you save, the files you open or convert, and the blocks you keep in your palette, so they are there the next time you sign in.
• Your usage: your token balance, the AI tasks and conversions that used it, and a record of your purchases.
• What you send us: messages from the contact and support forms, including a phone number if you give one.
• Technical data: request logs, such as IP address and browser, kept to run the service and investigate faults and abuse.

We do not collect card numbers, wallet details or payment codes. You enter those on our payment provider's page, never in Cadlite.

• To run your account, and to save, open and share your drawings.
• To carry out the AI tasks and file conversions you ask for, and to charge the tokens they use.
• To process payments and add the tokens or plan you paid for.
• To send the e-mails the service needs, such as account activation, password resets, storage warnings and replies to your messages.
• To keep the service secure and working.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your drawings to advertise to you.

• AI providers: when you use the assistant, the parts of your drawing and any image the task needs are sent to the AI model provider you selected (Anthropic, OpenAI, Z.ai or DeepSeek) to produce the answer. Nothing is sent to them unless you start an AI task.
• Payments: Fawaterak processes your payment on its own hosted page, under its own privacy terms.
• Hosting and e-mail: the providers that host our servers and database and deliver our e-mail.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Cadlite keeps your sign-in session, your editor preferences and a list of the drawings you had open in your browser's local storage, so the editor comes back as you left it. We use no advertising cookies or trackers.

We keep your account and drawings for as long as your account is open. If a plan ends and your drawings no longer fit the storage you have left, we give you 14 days' notice, in the app and by e-mail, before the oldest drawings over the limit are removed. Purchase records are kept for as long as accounting law requires.

You can download your drawings at any time, and you can ask us to correct your details or delete your account and its data. Send the request through the contact page from your account's e-mail address, and we will reply by e-mail.

We may update this policy as Cadlite changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
