Good to know before you edit
Will it feel familiar if I use AutoCAD?
Yes. The command line, the usual aliases, osnap, grips, layers, blocks, dimensions and hatch all work the way a drafter expects. The full alias list is in the guide.
What does Cadlite not edit?
It is a 2D editor working in model space: it does not edit 3D solids, paper-space layouts or external references.
Can a colleague open the same drawing?
With an organization account, any member can share a drawing with the organization so everyone else can open it and save their changes.
